Website terms

These terms apply to your use of this website. By using it, you accept them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Who we are
M&P Cleaning & Beauty and Waxing by Flory are trading names of Florentina Panaite, a sole trader based in Dunstable, Bedfordshire. Contact: florentinapanaite2@yahoo.com, 07915 572964.
Prices on this site
Cleaning is charged from £20 an hour; for larger houses we give one price for the whole job after seeing the house. Waxing prices are the ones on the price list. We confirm the price with you before every booking, and that confirmed price is the one that applies.
Bookings, deposits and cancellations
Sending a message or a form doesn't create a booking. A booking is confirmed once we've agreed the day and time and you've paid the deposit: £20 for cleaning, £10 for waxing. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, the deposit is kept. Waxing is for women only and takes place at our home in Dunstable; the address is given when the appointment is confirmed.
Photos and content
The before and after waxing photos are real client photos, shown with their permission and without faces. The cleaning photos illustrate our services and are not photos of customers' homes. The text, photos and logo belong to M&P Cleaning & Beauty or are used with permission.
